This privacy policy governs the use of the VRS software or the VRS web site.  

When you use VRS Software any information that is collected is used only for services and software provided by VRS. VRS also guarantees that information will not be sold, traded and/or given away in any form.

In regard to SLAIM, or any other instant messaging and translation services provided by VRS, the information is stored for a short time in a database, then is removed on a weekly basis after delivery to the intended recipient is confirmed.

VRS services originate inside of New Zealand and are subject to the laws of the New Zealand.
